Price is what you pay; getting a mailbox to actually land is what you want. Every plan includes guided setup that connects mailboxes, authenticates your domain and gets warmup running before you send anything.
After that you get campaign guidance from the same deliverability data the dashboard shows, and support from people who can read a DMARC report — not a chatbot loop.
Pricing questions
Do you charge per email mailbox?
No. Your plan includes a set number of mailboxes — 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 50 on Agency — and every one of them is warmed by Warmflow at no extra charge. There is no per-mailbox add-on and no warmup upsell. Sending is not metered either: how much you send is set by how many mailboxes you run and the daily pace each one keeps to stay out of spam.
Why is LinkedIn/WhatsApp priced per account?
Warmerly Link is a standalone product at $50 USD per connected account each month. It includes automatic LinkedIn warmup and outreach, with search/import and unified inbox as supporting tools. WhatsApp retains its plan allowance and per-account add-on pricing.
Do I have to pick a channel before I sign up?
No. Choose an email/WhatsApp base plan, a standalone $50/month Warmerly Link account, or both. Warmerly Link does not require a base plan.
What counts as an outbound relay send?
Any non-warmup email you route through OneMail, Warmerly's outbound SMTP relay/API. Warmerly also includes Sendflow, a full sequence builder for cold outreach, so most teams never touch the relay at all. The relay quota only applies if you choose to send cold email through OneMail rather than a separate sending tool.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with full feature access on any plan. We ask for a card up front to start the trial, but you're not charged until day 8 — cancel anytime before then from your billing settings and you won't be billed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. Invoice billing on the Agency plan.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are there any limits during the trial?
Base-plan trials use their normal trial limits. Warmerly Link has no free trial and is charged immediately at $50 USD/month per account.
